Accommodation Policy – Partners & Room Allocation
Please note that children aged 12 years and above may stay in a room without the presence of an adult. For children under the age of 12, an adult must always be present in the room.
For room allocation purposes, we kindly ask Partners to indicate whether they are travelling from the same country or as part of the same group. This will assist the hotel in arranging rooms on the same floor or in close proximity whenever possible.

Additional Information:
The above rates are non-commissionable and include all taxes (excluding the accommodation tax). The hotel reserves the right to adjust rates in case of tax changes.

The above rates are per room, per night, and include buffet breakfast served at the restaurant between 07:00–10:30.

According to government regulations, an accommodation tax of €3.00 per room per night (November–March) will be added to the above rates. For the period April–October, the accommodation tax is replaced by a “climate resilience tax” amounting to €10.00 per room per night. This amount is payable upon check-in by the group leader or can be settled by bank transfer 10 working days in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation until 00:00 (hotel local time) on Monday, November 23, 2026.In case of cancellation or modification after the above deadline, as well as in case of no-show, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
